Who I am

About

I'm a software developer and technical entrepreneur based in Burlington, Ontario. I've worked across a lot of it — started my own web company, wrote graphics and rendering code, built enterprise products and the internal platforms behind them, and lately I've been deep in AI automation.

A lot of that range traces back to where I started. Before the enterprise years I ran Challenger's Tech, a web development and consulting business, while I was studying Game Development & Entrepreneurship at Ontario Tech. I built game engines, dug into the math behind interactive software, and wrote rendering code from scratch. That's where I got hooked on how things actually work under the hood — I still like to understand the whole system, and I still care about making it fast.

I spent about a decade at IBM and then Kyndryl building the internal platforms big companies quietly run on — skills assessment, workforce learning, business tooling — and over that time moved from hands-on lead developer into product ownership and, now, leading the engineering. These days I'm on a Business Engineering Platform team working on sales tooling and AI, and on the side I run a self-hosted lab with production-grade infrastructure and a multi-agent automation system I built called Hermes — five always-on agents that pull work from a kanban board and open pull requests I review before anything merges.

What I'm focused on next

I'm looking for work that keeps me close to real problems and real users — some mix of hands-on problem solving, technical leadership around quality and testing, and helping shape architecture and platforms. I do my best work when the range is broad, the stakes are real, and the path isn't fully mapped out yet.
