I'm a developer and infrastructure engineer focused on AI/LLM systems, automation, and self-hosting. I run a production home-lab cluster and build operator-grade tooling around it — CI/CD with Gitea and Woodpecker, observability with Prometheus and Grafana, and a multi-agent automation system called Hermes that assists with real operational work.
